A little about my work.
11+ years of design experience with an association with UX communities IXDA and IDF. I've led design and development teams across multiple enterprise products — handling everything from research to final UX writing — while also serving as President, Assoc. VP Education, and Secretary of my local Toastmasters club.

Ericsson — CEE Cloud Design Lead & UX Designer
Led the design vision and product direction. Managed a React dev team of 10-12 on UX activities, and put the design process in place using agile methodologies — handling PO, Scrum Master, and Design Lead responsibilities together. Owned wireframes, prototypes, usability interviews and tests, user stories, stakeholder demos, and UX writing.
Intel UX Designer
Handled end-to-end UX for a CI/CD management tool. Proposed and delivered a UI that simplified complex functionality for engineering users.
Ericsson — Enterprise Cloud Billing Interaction Designer
Worked as Interaction Designer on a team of 4, representing UX activities in India. Delivered wireframes, prototypes, and stakeholder demos; conducted usability interviews for usefulness studies, and helped build out the design team.
LCTS, TD Team UI & Interaction Designer
Designed responsive (RWD) learning courses — UI flows, branding, design style guides, information design, interaction design, and animation. Contributed to video modules and annual release web magazines.
